I established HumanCapital to provide specialist search and recruitment services to Private Equity portfolio companies and organisations going through change, transformation and rapid growth. Our geographic focus is Europe and North America.

Having worked in PE owned businesses and having led Transformation and Change programs in scale and rapid growth organisations, I was often leading recruitment efforts across seniority levels, functions, industries and geographies. It was a significant challenge to find a single provider that could support across these areas and also that had enough technical and nuanced understanding of the demand to credibly sell the value proposition to scare candidates on my behalf.

HumanCapital was established to address these challenges and to provide specialist services in those areas where we have the practitioner expertise, combined with deep cultural, behavioural and organisation understanding, to credibly approach, engage, select and close scarce talent on behalf of our clients.
